"This was a great place to stay!! Very nice and having bedrooms on different levels worked out perfect! Loved how cold the basement room was. Perfect for our family and plenty of room to park. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked like it would easily fit 6 people. Plenty of towels and rags provided. I would love to stay here again when we come back next year. We locked ourselves out one night and they were quick to respond on how to get in. Great communication!!!!"

"This place was very nice. I misunderstood the information and thought we were to have a townhouse, but instead got kind of like a two bedroom hotel. Very nice! Very clean. Just a few minute walk to the beach access. The pool is nice and 8ft. The kitchen has everything I needed to cook while there. but I do suggest bringing extra trash bags and extra toilet paper. Other than that, this place was great! Will definitely tell others and would book again."

Less than a two minute walk from the beach, and no more than a 20 minute drive to anywhere you could possibly need to go. "This is the perfect location for those who want to be close to the beach but still like quiet. We have a big family, to include our youngest being non-verbal autistic. absolutely perfect spot for us. plenty of space for the kids and adults. the pool was nice and warm and there weren't to many people who were there but those who were, were extremely nice. the residents in the area are also very helpful. any time we messaged our host, we didn't have much of a wait for a reply. being on the bottom floor we thought there would be a lot of noise from upstairs but there was no problems at all. the area calms down about 10pm and after a day on the beach it's perfect."

"Our family was delighted on our return trip by the upgrades made which I won’t spoil with the exception of the blacktop driveway. Finishing the driveway was a huge investment and very nice to see the Owners investing in the property to make the stay even better than 5 stars! Cabin is clean with no signs of previous guests and pest free as far as we could see. There are some neat critters crawling around the mountains and we were blessed to hear some really interesting bird calls very close to the cabin. Just a tip, park so you’re not directly under the large tree as we had ants dropping off of the tree onto the car after a rain. We chose this location to be away from the more populated area of bears in the heart of Gatlinburg however on this stay a Mama and Junior black bear have made a route that passes the cabin. They walked right past the cars and didn’t divert their attention from their stroll. We are very careful to remove absolutely everything from inside the car and keep the doors locked while parked so maybe this helps. Line Springs Rd up to Metcalf Bottoms shows closed on the map however you can still take the road straight up the mountain and turn left onto Fighting Gap Creek Rd to get to Gatlinburg. We take this route to Gatlinburg and then if we go to Pigeon Forge we take Wears Valley Rd. We love this cabin for its perfect centralized location. Plenty of amenities provided for the stay along with fast WiFi, Hot water and cold A/C! We can’t wait to come back!"

"Our stay was wonderful and I really could not come up with a negative if I tried. The photos give an accurate depiction of how beautiful the cabin is. It's private and can only partially see 1 other cabin when out on the deck. It was the perfect place for our family vacation and would absolutely book again and recommend to friends and family. The only precaution I would give is if it was winter or icy I would be more than cautious driving up the curvy, mountainous roads to get to the cabin but we booked in summertime and my kids loved the drive to/from the cabin."

"This property was a great location, we didn’t have a rental and all of Uber rates were affordable due to everything being 5-15 minutes away! This property is in the center of all attractions for tourist but yet sits on a quiet peaceful landing with friendly people that live at the property! I love that they provided a binder with suggestions from things to do, places to visit and to dine at! The photos that are posted makes the property look outdated but in person it’s a really nice home and is dated well! Everything was super clean no hair balls or lint in sight! The pool was very nice. The check in and out was very easy! Will definitely book again."

"Me and my wife were pleased with the condo. We had enough room for 3 adults (my wife, my brother, and I), 1 toddler, and the family dog. Right across the street is public access to the beach and below the condo is an area where we were able to hose off the sand off each other before going back up to the room. "The place was easy to find. It was pretty quiet. I never got to the beach because my husband only wanted to stay inside. He did walk me to the sand once to view the ocean. I’m disabled and have balance issues. The elevator was appreciated! My daughter and her best friend had a wonderful time! They explored the boardwalk and liked the shops and restaurants. The Ferris wheel was a hit with them as well as drinking mimosas with a view of the ocean. Overall I would stay there again. I liked the fact that there were no check in or out lines! The host was wonderful and was always quick to answer me back any messages I sent them."

"The first night we stayed as we were eating around the dinner table my wife said "look at that big dog on the patio, NO Wait!! That is a bear!! And sure enough it was a 250 pound male bear! He checked us out, we checked him out and he went back down over the railing until the next night. Just look before you jump out into the hot tub and you will be fine. We have lots of Pics, (from a safe distance of course) and he grunts as if he is part of the family. Stay was perfect in every way. The office was quick to tell us to be safe and I spent 3 hours in the hot tub watching for night life around the property. Enjoy!!!"

"Clean cute cabin. Perfect for our family and dog. Decorated nice and has that cabin feel. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after exploring and all of our fun activities. The bears were active while we were there. We got to see a lot. They are awesome to see. There was a mother bear with cubs. We took extra caution since we have little ones and a protective dog, but everything worked out great. Very exciting! The park and mountains are beautiful. We found a short trail to a waterfalls. The area the cabin is was very peaceful and laid back. I am glad we chose this cabin would recommend."
