Beach and Mountain Rental is a local rental team located in the beautiful mountains of East TN. We have over 25 years in the rental industry and have been together for many of those years. We started out as co-workers, blossomed into lifelong friends, and through the years, have watched each other’s families grow. These friendships have evolved into a close-knit family!
We have met amazing people along the way and if it were not for our homeowners, we would never have had these opportunities. We are very grateful and thankful for each and every one them! And for that, we will always strive to provide the best, reliable service possible for them and their families
We provide a “hands on” approach and personally oversee the cleaning and care of each property. We stay in contact with our owners and keep them informed of any repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep that will ensure the properties are in excellent condition for the renters. This helps with repeat guests and word-of-mouth referrals which will ultimately generate income!
